The Charter

The founding law of the waqf, in full.

FOUNDING PRINCIPLES — AL-WAQF

*Sealed at founding, 1 September 2026. These five laws never change.

Every future version of every document defers to this page.*

1 · The Qurʾān is the root

Everything in this waqf begins from the Qurʾān and connects back to it.

Human knowledge is organized around the revelation; it never sits in

judgement over it. Science studies the creation of Allah ﷻ; it does not

validate the word of Allah ﷻ.

2 · Sources before opinions

Every statement is traceable to a named source — a verse, a report with

its collection and number, a commentator with his work, a classical

register with its page. A field that cannot be sourced says UNSOURCED

in plain letters. An honest gap outranks an invented fact, forever.

3 · Scholars are preserved, never replaced

Technology here serves scholarship. The system points people toward the

inheritance of the scholars; it never becomes the scholar. No engine in

this waqf issues a religious ruling, adjudicates a school, or crowns a

winner among the mufassirūn. Where the tradition agreed, the agreement is

shown. Where it differed, the difference is documented and left to those

qualified to weigh it.

4 · Negative results are results

Every claim tested is published with its outcome — the ones that failed

with the same prominence as the ones that held. No miracle is ever

claimed from arithmetic; no letter of the text is ever touched to make a

number work; nothing that did not survive counting is quietly dropped.

The Book needs no arithmetic to be what it is.

5 · The waqf belongs to the Ummah, not the founder

The founder's name may disappear; the work must not. Governance,

succession, rebuild instructions, mirrors and open licences are built so

that any community, in any century, can carry it — and so that a stranger

with one archive copy can reconstruct all of it and prove it is what it

claims to be.

---

*And whatever in this work is true is from Allah ﷻ; whatever is in error is

from those who built it — and the defect log is public.*

GRAPH RULES — how any node earns its place

Every future node, before it exists, answers in writing:

1. What is it? — one of the closed node types in MASTER_ONTOLOGY.md.

2. Where does it belong? — its pillar, its position on the existence

axis AND the evidence axis.

3. What evidence supports it? — the named source per field, or

UNSOURCED written plainly.

4. How does it connect back? — the relationship edges (each carrying

its own evidence) that reach the Qurʾān in finitely many steps.

Filing discipline (inherited from v1, mechanical)

- Append-only journals; fsync per write; whole-file rewrites banned for

accumulating records.

- Gated writers refuse: missing fields, unfixed vocabularies violated,

duplicates, unverbatim quotes (re-read at filing time), numbers a tool

did not actually print, and evidence files that do not exist.

- People-claims: every biographical field (birth, death, tribe, teacher,

student, battle, narration count) cites work+locator or is UNSOURCED.

A beautiful biography with invisible sources is a defect, not a page.

- Contested matters (theological positions, sectarian differences) are

DOCUMENTED with their carriers, never adjudicated — the

similarities-only ethos extends to the whole waqf: agreement is shown

as agreement, difference as difference, and judgement is left to the

qualified.

Versioning

The ledger _FRAMEWORK-13800.json is the single source of structure

(v1.4.0, by the owner's word: P28 The Sīrah Universe joined, total

13,800; the earlier _FRAMEWORK-13500.json remains on disk as the

v1.2.0 record — append-only, nothing deleted); _TRACKER-13800.json

the single source of state; both append-only with version entries. No

window builds anything absent from the ledger.

MASTER ONTOLOGY — the two axes

*The constitution of structure. Growth from 13,500 to 100,000+ nodes never

restructures what is written here.*

Why two axes

The founding conversations produced two orderings that must never be

confused, because each answers a different question:

The AXIS OF EXISTENCE answers *"from where does everything proceed?"*

It is the order of reverence and reality:

ALLAH ﷻ

→ Revelation (Jibrīl عليه السلام, the channel)

→ The Final Message (al-Qurʾān)

→ The Final Messenger (Muḥammad ﷺ)

→ Ahl al-Bayt · Ṣaḥāba · Ṣaḥābiyāt · Tābiʿūn

→ The Ummah and its scholars

→ Creation, studied by human inquiry

The AXIS OF EVIDENCE answers *"how do we know a statement is true?"*

It is the order of epistemology:

the sealed text

→ what the earliest generations recorded of its meaning

→ the named carriers of that record (with their chains)

→ the derived sciences (fiqh, ʿaqīda, uṣūl) as documented

→ historical and civilizational memory

→ contemporary research, always labelled as such

The rule that keeps them apart: placement on the existence axis

confers reverence, never evidentiary authority; placement on the evidence

axis confers traceability, never rank in reality. A fiqh position cannot

claim the sanctity of the root; a beloved figure's report still carries

its chain. Every node in the waqf declares its position on BOTH axes.

Node types (first-class, closed list — extension requires a charter amendment)

Ayah · Surah · Word · Root · Lemma · Reading (qirāʾa/riwāya) · Report

(ḥadīth) · Narrator · Person · Family-tree edge · Place · Event · Work

(book/edition) · Scholar · Chain (isnād/teacher-student) · Topic ·

Concept · Name-of-Allah ﷻ · Angel · Prophet · Nation · Institution ·

Dataset · Claim · Verdict · Review · Licence.

Relationship types (every edge carries evidence or UNSOURCED)

cites · quotes-verbatim · comments-on · narrates · transmitted-to ·

taught · parent-of/married-to/child-of · occurs-in · revealed-about

(asbāb, as documented) · located-at · participated-in · agrees-with

(documented consensus) · differs-with (documented difference) ·

derived-from · translated-as · reviewed-by · superseded-by.

The immutable core (see ROOT_PILLARS.md)

Eight programs may never be demoted, renamed, or re-rooted:

Allah ﷻ · Bismillah & Mercy · The Qurʾān (Final Message) · Muḥammad ﷺ

(Final Messenger) · Jibrīl & the Angels · The Hereafter · The Prophets &

Messengers · al-Qadr.

Expansion law ("slots, not tickets")

Every pillar carries numbered slot-extensions beyond its base points.

New knowledge lands in slots; slots never renumber existing points; the

base ledger _FRAMEWORK-13500.json is append-only and versioned. A

change to any base point's meaning requires the owner's word and a

version entry — silence is never consent.

ROOT PILLARS — locked forever

The eight Core programs of the waqf. They may never be demoted, renamed,

merged, or re-rooted, whether the framework holds 13,800 points or

100,000. Everything else in the waqf is a branch grown around them.

#Core pillarBase pointsWhy it is core
C1**ALLAH** — Names, Attributes, Actions900nothing sits above this; every branch returns here
C2**BISMILLAH & MERCY** — Allah ﷻ · al-Raḥmān · al-Raḥīm900the opening lens of the entire revelation
C3**THE QURʾĀN** — the Final Message900the root text: its letters, readings, sciences and mathematics
C4**MUḤAMMAD ﷺ** — the Final Messenger900the living embodiment of the Book; without him it is not understood
C5**JIBRĪL عليه السلام & THE ANGELS**900the channel of revelation, elevated as the founder directed
C6**THE HEREAFTER**900 (slots → 1,800)after belief in Allah ﷻ, the most repeated call of the Book
C7**THE PROPHETS & MESSENGERS**900the 25 named in the Qurʾān, each a world
C8**AL-QADR** — the Divine Decree900belief's sixth article; Laylat al-Qadr; the decree lived

The twenty-one branch pillars (Ṣaḥāba 600; Revealed Books, Ṣaḥābiyāt,

Ahl al-Bayt, Tābiʿūn, Women of the Qurʾān, Nations & Peoples, Knowledge

Graph, Scholars, Islamic Sciences, Tafsir Intelligence, Ḥadīth Universe,

Language, Research, AI, Community, Bayt al-Ḥikma, Global Access,

Permanence & Waqf, The App, The Sīrah Universe — 300 each) grow

around the core and may gain slots without limit; they may never

displace a core pillar's rank.

The Sīrah Universe (P28, added by the owner's word 2026-09-01) is the

dedicated universe of the life of the Messenger ﷺ — his days from Makkah

to the Farewell, his appearance and attire as the shamāʾil literature

preserves them, and his noble character and inner states — so that every

reader knows him ﷺ. Its law: documented from the reports alone; the waqf

never speculates about the Messenger ﷺ.

Locked at founding, 1 September 2026, by the owner's word.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE WAQF

*The working law for every window, fleet, panel and page. Merges the

founding conversation's Master Constitution with the proven v1 red lines.

Where any rule conflicts, FOUNDING_PRINCIPLES.md wins.*

What is being built

Not a website. A civilizational knowledge infrastructure — the digital

memory of revelation's people and the scholarship that carried it —

whose root is the Qurʾān and whose owner is the Ummah.

The seven gates every feature must pass

1. Does it preserve knowledge? 2. Does it improve discovery?

3. Does it improve verification? 4. Does it improve transparency?

5. Does it serve scholarship? 6. Does it survive its builders?

7. Does it benefit the Ummah — and honestly, humanity?

Fail any one → it is not built.

The preferences, in order

source > opinion · evidence > conclusion · transparency > convenience ·

reproducibility > beauty · trust > growth · scholarship > engagement ·

permanence > innovation.

Every page answers five questions

Where did this come from? Who said it? When? What is the evidence?

What are the limitations?

The AI covenant

Every AI feature points back to sources, never hides uncertainty, never

invents evidence, never replaces qualified scholarship, and never issues

a religious ruling. The system guides people toward scholarship; it

never becomes scholarship.

The red lines (from v1, unchanged, forever)

No claim of miracle from arithmetic, ever. No emendation of the text,

ever. Negative results published with equal prominence, always. Every

number carries its method. Every person-claim carries its named

classical source or the word UNSOURCED.

The engineering law (the Quality Ratchet, L1–L10)

L1 a DONE marker is written only by a green selftest, never by a model's

claim · L2 one shared schema module per layer — test and artifact cannot

drift · L3 derived files carry source-hash stamps; staleness fails the

gate · L4 every classifier ships discrimination bounds at birth ·

L5 deploys verified by unique content, never status codes; probes

introspect schemas, never guess keys · L6 generated scripts are files

with raw-string paths, linted · L7 every DONE triggers the integrator's

audit immediately (the auto-audit queue) · L8 per-field sourcing on all

people-claims, verbatim-checked at filing · L9 the visual gate is

scripted per page template and runs before any publish · L10 velocity

telemetry corrects the estimate daily, and reports never hide a slip.

The autonomy law

The engine runs end-to-end without questions or permission requests.

Blockers are logged, routed around, and reported — never waited on.

Reviews are performed by nine-seat scholar panels, each seat chartered

with the full 1,400-year record of its science, adjudicated and

published by the integrator, labelled machine-scholar, with independent

human review invited on every page and waited for on none.

The routing law

Haiku fleets carry the gated mass volume. Opus carries quality and

consumer-facing builds. Sonnet carries mid-tier volume. Fable 5 builds

every artifact and every page and holds the integrator seat.

The stewardship clause

This waqf is prepared for community ownership: governance seats,

contributor workflows, research programs, and the succession documents

exist so that a community can take it, extend its registries, run its

research, and answer to no one but the trust itself.

The Adab Law (added by the owner's word, 1 September 2026)

This waqf writes as a Muslim scholar writes. The Majestic Name is never written bare: Allah ﷻ (jalla jalaluhu) or subhanahu wa-ta'ala follows every mention, in every language and every list. Allah ﷻ is mentioned with

exaltation (subhanahu wa-ta'ala where the register calls for it). The

Final Messenger is never named without ﷺ. Every prophet is named with

عليه السلام. Jibril, Mika'il, Israfil and the angels likewise عليهم

السلام. Every sahabi is named with رضي الله عنه and every sahabiyyah

with رضي الله عنها; Maryam عليها السلام. The scholars of the ummah are

mentioned with رحمه الله where named. No casual, flippant or diminishing

phrase may touch a sacred subject; reverence and precision are not in

tension - both are required, in every language, in every point title, on

every page, forever. A missing honorific is a defect and goes to the

defect log like any other.
