LENS-AUDIT E2: the uncapped verse-quote census (the whole ocean)
The law on this layer's face:
NO cap and NO minimum - the corpus speaks; THE UNIQUENESS RULE: an evidentiary match needs >=1 gram unique to its verse (the oath-formula wallahi-lladhi... class is shielded out - found by the 59:23 spot-check); grams shared by refrains are AMBIGUOUS links, high-DF grams are FORMULAIC (both their own classes, never evidentiary); the embedded basmalah is stripped from every opener except 1:1 so it forges nothing; a FULL quote (>=90% of the verse inside the hadith) is the 'exact meaning' tier's strongest signal - the reading bench still reads every candidate (a quote is not yet an explanation)
What this means for a reader: every number below was counted by a program from the sealed sources and can be re-derived by anyone running the same engine; nothing here judges a scholar or a translator - it makes the text's own facts checkable.
