P32 W-Q: the panel record
The law on this layer's face:
the pillar's bench sittings recorded: PW1 (links - id-space healed, 1,309 corroborated as the panel predicted), PW2 (witness/sirah - honesty fixes), PW3 (treebank - lawful, faithful, 7 fixes); every FIX-FIRST closed at source; reviews/PANEL-P32-*.md are the full record; the source-sha erratum (systemic) lives beside this file
What this means for a reader: every number below was counted by a program from the sealed sources and can be re-derived by anyone running the same engine; nothing here judges a scholar or a translator - it makes the text's own facts checkable.
