The law on this layer's face:
each negation particle carries its own classical force (lam: the past denied; lan: the future denied emphatically; la: plain or prohibitive) - a rendering flattening lan to plain 'not' loses a checkable emphasis; classes from the treebank's NEG tag + lemma, counts re-derivable
What this means for a reader: every number below was counted by a program from the sealed sources and can be re-derived by anyone running the same engine; nothing here judges a scholar or a translator - it makes the text's own facts checkable.
