إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help. The pronoun is placed first to carry exclusivity: You and no other. Worship is rooted in humility and submission, and the verse binds it to seeking help so that neither stands without the other.
