وَلَوْ يُعَجِّلُ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ ٱلشَّرَّ ٱسْتِعْجَالَهُم بِٱلْخَيْرِ لَقُضِىَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَجَلُهُمْ فَنَذَرُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ لِقَآءَنَا فِى طُغْيَٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
If God were to hurry the harm to people as they themselves hurry after the good, their term would already have been ended for them. But We leave those who do not look for the meeting with Us to wander blindly in the excess they are in.
اگر اللہ لوگوں کے لیے برائی کو اتنی ہی جلدی بھیج دے جتنی جلدی وہ بھلائی کے طلب گار ہوتے ہیں، تو ان کی مدت پوری کر کے انہیں ختم کر دیا جائے۔ لیکن ہم انہیں مہلت دیتے ہیں جو ہم سے ملاقات کی امید نہیں رکھتے، تاکہ وہ اپنی سرکشی میں بھٹکتے پھریں۔
