حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ ٱلْمَقَابِرَ
Until you visited the graves. The commentaries carry both senses of the visiting together: that it goes on until you are dead and buried there, and that the counting ran as far as counting the dead to have more. Either way the point holds - the piling up runs to the grave and stops.
”یہاں تک کہ تم قبروں تک جا پہنچے“ — یعنی تم اسی حال میں رہے یہاں تک کہ موت آ گئی اور تم قبروں میں دفن ہو گئے۔ اس کے لیے ”زیارت“ کا لفظ اس لیے آیا کہ زیارت کرنے والے کو بہرحال آگے کوچ کرنا ہوتا ہے؛ یعنی مُردے کا قبر میں رہنا ایک وقتی قیام ہے، دوبارہ اٹھائے جانے تک۔ گویا لفظ ہی میں اُس شخص کا جواب ہے جو سمجھ بیٹھا کہ معاملہ قبر پر ختم ہو جاتا ہے۔
