فَلْيَعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ
So let them serve the Lord of this House. The commentaries note which of God's names is chosen here and why it is that one: everything they had came to them through this House, so the debt is named by the thing that carried it.
”پس انہیں چاہیے کہ اس گھر کے رب کی عبادت کریں۔“ یعنی جب نعمت اس درجے کی ہے تو اس کا حق یہ ہے کہ اسی گھر کے رب کو عبادت کے لیے خاص کریں، جس کی بدولت انہیں یہ سب کچھ ملا۔ ربوبیت کو ”اس گھر“ کی طرف منسوب کرنا اس گھر کے شرف کے لیے ہے، ورنہ وہ تو ہر چیز کا رب ہے۔ اس میں یہ سبق ہے کہ جو عزت انہیں اس گھر کی وجہ سے ملی، وہی انہیں اس گھر کے مالک کو پہچاننے کا پابند کرتی ہے۔
