إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَآ أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ
to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not right-minded.
