فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ تَوَّابًۢا
Then glorify your Lord with His praise, and ask His forgiveness; He is ever ready to turn. Both traditions record the same two things here: that after it came down the Prophet said these words often, and that he understood from the sura itself that his own term had drawn near.
”تو آپ اپنے رب کی حمد کے ساتھ اس کی تسبیح کیجیے اور اس سے مغفرت مانگیے۔“ یعنی جب یہ سب ہو جائے تو اس کا استقبال اللہ کی پاکی اور حمد بیان کر کے کیجیے، اس نعمتِ نصرت کے شکر کے طور پر، اور اس سے بخشش طلب کیجیے۔ فتح کا جواب اپنی ذات پر ناز نہیں، بلکہ تسبیح اور استغفار میں اضافہ ہے۔ ”اِنَّہٗ کَانَ تَوَّابًا“ یعنی وہ اپنے بندوں کی توبہ بہت قبول کرنے والا ہے؛ جو اس کی طرف پلٹے، وہ اس پر متوجہ ہوتا اور اس پر رحم فرماتا ہے۔
