وَجَآءُو عَلَىٰ قَمِيصِهِۦ بِدَمٍ كَذِبٍ قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ وَٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ
And they came with false blood on his shirt. He said: no, your souls have made something seem easy to you. Patience is best. And it is God whose help is sought against what you describe.
وہ یوسف کی قمیض پر جھوٹا خون لگا کر لے آئے۔ یعقوب علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: نہیں، بلکہ تمہارے نفسوں نے تمہارے لیے ایک بڑی بات کو آسان بنا کر پیش کر دیا ہے۔ اب صبر ہی بہتر ہے، اور جو کچھ تم بیان کر رہے ہو اس پر اللہ ہی سے مدد مانگی جا سکتی ہے۔
