قَالَ لَا يَأْتِيكُمَا طَعَامٌ تُرْزَقَانِهِۦٓ إِلَّا نَبَّأْتُكُمَا بِتَأْوِيلِهِۦ قَبْلَ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمَا ذَٰلِكُمَا مِمَّا عَلَّمَنِى رَبِّىٓ إِنِّى تَرَكْتُ مِلَّةَ قَوْمٍ لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَهُم بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ هُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ
He said: no food will come to you that you are given without my telling you the meaning of it before it comes. That is part of what my Lord has taught me. I have left the religion of a people who do not believe in God and who deny the life to come,
یوسف نے کہا: تمہیں جو کھانا دیا جائے گا وہ آنے سے پہلے پہلے میں تمہیں اس کی تعبیر بتا دوں گا۔ یہ وہ علم ہے جو میرے رب نے مجھے سکھایا ہے۔ میں نے اس قوم کا دین چھوڑ دیا ہے جو اللہ پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے اور آخرت کا انکار کرتے ہیں۔
