فَبَدَأَ بِأَوْعِيَتِهِمْ قَبْلَ وِعَآءِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَخْرَجَهَا مِن وِعَآءِ أَخِيهِ كَذَٰلِكَ كِدْنَا لِيُوسُفَ مَا كَانَ لِيَأْخُذَ أَخَاهُ فِى دِينِ ٱلْمَلِكِ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ نَرْفَعُ دَرَجَٰتٍ مَّن نَّشَآءُ وَفَوْقَ كُلِّ ذِى عِلْمٍ عَلِيمٌ
So he began with their bags before his brother's bag, then brought it out of his brother's bag. So did We plan for Joseph. He could not have taken his brother under the king's law had God not willed it. We raise in rank whom We will, and above every one who has knowledge there is one who knows more.
چنانچہ یوسف نے اپنے بھائی کے تھیلے سے پہلے دوسرے بھائیوں کے تھیلوں کی تلاشی لی، پھر اسے اپنے بھائی کے تھیلے سے نکال لیا۔ اسی طرح ہم نے یوسف کے لیے یہ تدبیر کی، بادشاہ کے قانون کے مطابق وہ اپنے بھائی کو نہیں رکھ سکتے تھے سوائے اس کے کہ اللہ چاہے۔ ہم جسے چاہیں درجات میں بلند کر دیتے ہیں، اور ہر علم والے کے اوپر ایک اور زیادہ جاننے والا ہوتا ہے۔
