وَيُسَبِّحُ ٱلرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِۦ وَيُرْسِلُ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَن يَشَآءُ وَهُمْ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِى ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْمِحَالِ
The thunder glorifies Him with praise, and the angels glorify Him in awe of Him. The commentaries of both traditions carry the report that the thunder is an angel set over the clouds, driving them. He sends the thunderbolts and strikes with them whom He wills — while they are still disputing about God, and He is severe in His might.
بجلی کی کڑک اس کی حمد کے ساتھ تسبیح کرتی ہے، اور فرشتے اس کے خوف سے اس کی تسبیح کرتے ہیں۔ دونوں روایتوں کی تفاسیر میں یہ روایت ملتی ہے کہ رعد ایک فرشتہ ہے جو بادلوں پر مقرر ہے اور انہیں ہانکتا ہے۔ وہی کڑک بھیجتا ہے اور جسے چاہے اس سے نشانہ بناتا ہے — جبکہ وہ ابھی تک اللہ کے بارے میں جھگڑ رہے ہوتے ہیں، اور وہ سخت طاقت والا ہے۔
