ٱلَّذِينَ يُوفُونَ بِعَهْدِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَنقُضُونَ ٱلْمِيثَٰقَ
They are the ones who fulfil the pledge given to God and do not break the covenant. The commentaries take it as covering every pledge a person gives God — from the first covenant taken from humankind, down to each promise and obligation entered into afterwards.
وہ وہی لوگ ہیں جو اللہ سے کیے گئے عہد کو پورا کرتے ہیں اور میثاق کو نہیں توڑتے۔ مفسرین اسے ہر اس عہد پر محیط سمجھتے ہیں جو انسان اللہ سے کرتا ہے — انسانیت سے لیے گئے پہلے میثاق سے لے کر بعد میں کیے جانے والے ہر وعدے اور ذمہ داری تک۔
