ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ وَفَرِحُوا۟ بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ إِلَّا مَتَٰعٌ
God spreads out provision for whom He wills and measures it out narrowly for whom He wills. They rejoice in the life of this world, and the commentaries mark that rejoicing as the exulting of people who take a portion for the whole: the life of this world, set beside the Hereafter, is only a passing enjoyment.
اللہ جس کے لیے چاہے رزق کشادہ کر دیتا ہے اور جس کے لیے چاہے تنگ کر دیتا ہے۔ وہ دنیا کی زندگی پر خوش ہوتے ہیں، اور مفسرین اس خوشی کو ان لوگوں کی خوشی قرار دیتے ہیں جو ایک حصے کو پورا سمجھ بیٹھتے ہیں: دنیا کی زندگی، آخرت کے مقابلے میں، محض چند روزہ فائدہ ہے۔
