ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ
Those who believe and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of God — and it is in the remembrance of God that hearts find rest. The sentence is repeated in the same breath, so that the second half states as a general truth what the first half describes in particular people.
