وَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ
And you will see the guilty on that day bound together — the word for what binds them is glossed as fetters, or as the collars put on a neck; either way it is restraint, and it is applied to them in company rather than one by one.
اور تم اس دن مجرموں کو ایک ساتھ جکڑا ہوا دیکھو گے — جس لفظ سے انہیں باندھنے کی بات کی گئی ہے اس کی تشریح زنجیروں یا گردن میں ڈالے جانے والے طوق کے طور پر کی گئی ہے؛ دونوں صورتوں میں یہ ایک قید ہے، اور یہ انہیں الگ الگ کے بجائے اکٹھے پر لاگو کی جاتی ہے۔
