هَٰذَا بَلَٰغٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنذَرُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَلِيَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٌ وَٰحِدٌ وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ
This is a message delivered to people, so that they may be warned by it, and know that He is one God, and so that those who have understanding may take it to heart. The sūrah ends on the purpose it opened with, and the commentaries note that it closes by naming who actually receives it.
یہ لوگوں کے لیے پہنچائی گئی ایک تبلیغ ہے، تاکہ وہ اس سے خبردار ہوں، اور جان لیں کہ وہ ایک ہی معبود ہے، اور تاکہ عقل والے اس سے نصیحت حاصل کریں۔ سورت اسی مقصد پر ختم ہوتی ہے جس سے وہ شروع ہوئی تھی، اور مفسرین نوٹ کرتے ہیں کہ یہ اس بات کا نام لے کر ختم ہوتی ہے کہ اصل میں یہ پیغام کسے پہنچتا ہے۔
