فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُۥ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ سَٰجِدِينَ
So when I have shaped him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him in prostration. The commentaries read the attaching of the spirit to Himself as honour given to what was made of clay, and the prostration as ordered on that account.
پس جب میں اسے مکمل کر لوں اور اس میں اپنی طرف سے روح پھونک دوں تو تم اس کے آگے سجدے میں گر جانا۔ مفسرین روح کو اپنی طرف منسوب کرنے کو اس مٹی سے بنی چیز کو دی گئی عزت سمجھتے ہیں، اور سجدے کا حکم اسی وجہ سے دیا گیا۔
