وَنَبِّئْهُمْ عَن ضَيْفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
And tell them of Abraham's guests — identified in the commentaries as angels, and the telling is ordered for the same reason as the rest of the sūrah, which is to set out what happened to those who refused and those who did not.
اور انہیں ابراہیم کے مہمانوں کی خبر بھی سنا دیں۔ مفسرین انہیں فرشتے قرار دیتے ہیں، اور یہ خبر سنانے کا حکم اسی وجہ سے دیا گیا ہے جو پوری سورت کی وجہ ہے: یہ بتانا کہ انکار کرنے والوں اور نہ کرنے والوں کے ساتھ کیا ہوا۔
