وَقَالُوا۟ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِى نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلذِّكْرُ إِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُونٌ
And they said: you, to whom the Reminder has been sent down — you are possessed. The commentaries note the shape of the taunt: they address him by the very claim they are denying, calling him the one it was revealed to in order to mock the idea that it was.
اور انہوں نے کہا: اے وہ شخص جس پر ذکر نازل کیا گیا ہے، بے شک تو دیوانہ ہے۔ مفسرین اس طعنے کی نوعیت پر توجہ دلاتے ہیں: وہ اسی دعوے کے ذریعے اسے مخاطب کرتے ہیں جسے وہ جھٹلا رہے ہیں، اسے وہی کہہ کر پکارتے ہیں جس پر یہ نازل ہونے کا دعویٰ تھا، تاکہ اسی خیال کا مذاق اڑائیں۔
