وَقُلْ إِنِّىٓ أَنَا ٱلنَّذِيرُ ٱلْمُبِينُ
And say: I am the plain warner. The commentaries gloss the word as describing the warning rather than the warner — what is being said is made plain, whatever is made of the one saying it.
