إِنَّا كَفَيْنَٰكَ ٱلْمُسْتَهْزِءِينَ
We are enough for you against the mockers. The commentaries read the promise as taking the matter out of his hands entirely: he is told to proclaim, and the answering of the mockery is not his work.
بے شک ہم مذاق اڑانے والوں کے مقابلے میں آپ کے لیے کافی ہیں۔ مفسرین اس وعدے کو یوں سمجھتے ہیں کہ یہ معاملہ آپ کے ہاتھ سے بالکل نکال لیا گیا: آپ کو کھلا اعلان کرنے کا حکم ہے، اور مذاق کا جواب دینا آپ کا کام نہیں۔
