إِن تَحْرِصْ عَلَىٰ هُدَىٰهُمْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى مَن يُضِلُّ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّٰصِرِينَ
Even if you are eager for their guidance, God does not guide the one He lets go astray, and they have no helpers. The commentaries read it as marking the limit of what eagerness can do.
اگر آپ ان کی ہدایت کے بہت خواہش مند بھی ہوں تو بھی اللہ اسے ہدایت نہیں دیتا جسے وہ گمراہ کر دے، اور ان کا کوئی مددگار نہیں۔ مفسرین اسے اس بات کی حد قرار دیتے ہیں کہ خواہش اور محنت کہاں تک پہنچ سکتی ہے۔
