بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ وَٱلزُّبُرِ وَأَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ٱلذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
With the clear proofs and the scriptures. And We have sent down to you the Reminder so that you may make clear to people what has been sent down to them, and so that they may reflect. The commentaries note the task named here: not to deliver it only, but to make it plain.
