يَخَافُونَ رَبَّهُم مِّن فَوْقِهِمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ
They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded. The commentaries attach the sentence to the angels, so that the highest of the creation is shown as the one least inclined to be proud.
وہ اپنے اوپر سے اپنے رب سے ڈرتے ہیں اور جو حکم دیا جائے وہی کرتے ہیں۔ مفسرین اس آیت کو فرشتوں سے جوڑتے ہیں، تاکہ مخلوق کا سب سے بلند مرتبہ حصہ ہی سب سے کم تکبر کرنے والا دکھایا جائے۔
