فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ
Then if they turn away, what is on you is only the plain delivering. The commentaries read it as fixing the limit of the messenger's charge: to deliver it clearly, and not to secure the answer.
