فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ فَٱسْتَعِذْ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ
So when you recite the Recitation, seek refuge with God from Satan the outcast. The commentaries read the command as applying when you are about to recite, which is why the seeking of refuge comes before the reciting and not during it.
پھر جب آپ قرآن پڑھیں تو مردود شیطان سے اللہ کی پناہ مانگیں۔ مفسرین بتاتے ہیں کہ یہ حکم پڑھنا شروع کرنے سے پہلے کا ہے، اسی لیے پناہ مانگنا تلاوت شروع ہونے سے پہلے آتا ہے نہ کہ اس کے دوران۔
