إِنَّهُۥ لَيْسَ لَهُۥ سُلْطَٰنٌ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
He has no authority over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord. The commentaries gloss the authority as any power of compulsion, so that what is denied him is force and not invitation.
بے شک اس کا ان لوگوں پر کوئی زور نہیں چلتا جو ایمان لائے اور اپنے رب پر بھروسا کرتے ہیں۔ مفسرین اس زور سے مراد ہر قسم کا زبردستی کا اختیار لیتے ہیں، سو جو چیز اس سے چھین لی گئی وہ زبردستی ہے، دعوت نہیں۔
