ٱقْرَأْ كِتَٰبَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفْسِكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًا
Read your book. Today your own soul is enough as a reckoner against you. The commentaries note who is made to do the reading and the reckoning: the one being judged, so that nothing has to be proved to him by anyone else.
