إِذْ أَوَى ٱلْفِتْيَةُ إِلَى ٱلْكَهْفِ فَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا
When the young men took refuge in the cave and said: our Lord, give us mercy from Yourself, and make our affair turn out rightly for us. The commentaries note what they ask for — not rescue by name, but that what they are in should be brought right.
جب ان نوجوانوں نے غار میں پناہ لی تو کہا: اے ہمارے رب، ہمیں اپنی طرف سے رحمت عطا فرما اور ہمارے معاملے کو ہمارے لیے درست کر دے۔ مفسرین نوٹ کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے کیا مانگا: نام لے کر بچاؤ نہیں، بلکہ یہ کہ جس حالت میں وہ ہیں اسے درست کر دیا جائے۔
