وَٱضْرِبْ لَهُم مَّثَلَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا كَمَآءٍ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَٱخْتَلَطَ بِهِۦ نَبَاتُ ٱلْأَرْضِ فَأَصْبَحَ هَشِيمًا تَذْرُوهُ ٱلرِّيَٰحُ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ مُّقْتَدِرًا
And strike for them the likeness of the life of this world: water We send down from the sky, and the plants of the earth mingle with it, and then it becomes dry stalks that the winds scatter. And God is able to do all things.
اور ان کے لیے دنیا کی زندگی کی مثال بیان کیجیے: جیسے وہ پانی جو ہم نے آسمان سے اتارا، پھر اس سے زمین کی روئیدگی مل جل کر اگتی ہے، پھر وہ چورا چورا ہو کر رہ جاتی ہے جسے ہوائیں اڑا لے جاتی ہیں۔ اور اللہ ہر چیز پر پوری قدرت رکھنے والا ہے۔
