وَأَمَّا ٱلْجِدَارُ فَكَانَ لِغُلَٰمَيْنِ يَتِيمَيْنِ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ وَكَانَ تَحْتَهُۥ كَنزٌ لَّهُمَا وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَٰلِحًا فَأَرَادَ رَبُّكَ أَن يَبْلُغَآ أَشُدَّهُمَا وَيَسْتَخْرِجَا كَنزَهُمَا رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ وَمَا فَعَلْتُهُۥ عَنْ أَمْرِى ذَٰلِكَ تَأْوِيلُ مَا لَمْ تَسْطِع عَّلَيْهِ صَبْرًا
And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and beneath it was a treasure of theirs, and their father had been righteous, and your Lord wanted them to reach their full strength and bring out their treasure, as a mercy from your Lord. And I did not do it of my own accord. That is the meaning of what you could not bear with patience.
رہی وہ دیوار تو وہ شہر کے دو یتیم بچوں کی تھی، اور اس کے نیچے ان کا خزانہ دفن تھا، اور ان کا باپ ایک نیک آدمی تھا۔ تیرے رب نے چاہا کہ وہ اپنی پوری جوانی کو پہنچیں اور اپنا خزانہ خود نکال لیں، یہ تیرے رب کی طرف سے ایک رحمت تھی۔ اور میں نے یہ سب اپنی مرضی سے نہیں کیا۔ یہی ہے اس چیز کی حقیقت جس پر تو صبر نہیں کر سکا۔
