إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ سَبَبًا
We gave him power in the earth and gave him a way to everything. The commentaries gloss the way as the means towards a thing, so what he was given was not the ends but what reaches them.
بے شک ہم نے اسے زمین میں اقتدار عطا کیا اور اسے ہر چیز تک پہنچنے کا ذریعہ دیا۔ مفسرین اس ذریعے کی وضاحت کسی چیز تک پہنچنے کے وسیلے سے کرتے ہیں، یعنی اسے منزل نہیں بلکہ منزل تک پہنچانے والا راستہ دیا گیا تھا۔
