يَٰيَحْيَىٰ خُذِ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ بِقُوَّةٍ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ ٱلْحُكْمَ صَبِيًّا
John, take the Book with strength. And We gave him judgement while still a boy — glossed as understanding given before the age at which it is usually earned.
اے یحییٰ، کتاب کو مضبوطی سے تھام لے۔ اور ہم نے اسے بچپن ہی میں سمجھ بوجھ اور حکمت عطا کر دی تھی۔ مفسرین اس سے مراد ایسی سمجھ لیتے ہیں جو عام طور پر جس عمر میں حاصل ہوتی ہے اس سے کہیں پہلے ہی اسے دی گئی۔
