وَهُزِّىٓ إِلَيْكِ بِجِذْعِ ٱلنَّخْلَةِ تُسَٰقِطْ عَلَيْكِ رُطَبًا جَنِيًّا
and shake the trunk of the palm-tree towards you, and it will drop fresh ripe dates on you. The commentaries note that she is told to shake a trunk she could not have moved, and the shaking is still asked of her.
اور کھجور کے تنے کو اپنی طرف جھنجھوڑ، اس پر سے تیرے اوپر تازہ پکی کھجوریں گر پڑیں گی۔ مفسرین نوٹ کرتے ہیں کہ اسے ایک ایسے تنے کو ہلانے کا حکم دیا گیا جسے وہ خود ہلا ہی نہیں سکتی تھی، پھر بھی یہ ہلانا اس سے مانگا گیا۔
