وَرَفَعْنَٰهُ مَكَانًا عَلِيًّا
And We raised him to a high place. The commentaries read the raising as done to him rather than reached by him, and the height as one of standing and not only of place.
اور ہم نے اسے ایک بلند مقام تک اٹھایا۔ مفسرین اس اٹھائے جانے کو ایسا سمجھتے ہیں جو ان پر کیا گیا نہ کہ وہ خود اس تک پہنچے، اور یہ بلندی جگہ کی نہیں بلکہ مرتبے اور مقام کی بلندی ہے۔
