وَمَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ كَمَثَلِ ٱلَّذِى يَنْعِقُ بِمَا لَا يَسْمَعُ إِلَّا دُعَآءً وَنِدَآءً صُمٌّۢ بُكْمٌ عُمْىٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
The likeness of those who refuse is that of someone shouting at an animal that hears nothing but a call and a cry. Deaf, dumb, blind - so they do not reason. The sound reaches them; the meaning does not.
اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا ان کی مثال اس شخص کی سی ہے جو ایسے جانور کو پکارے جو صرف آواز اور پکار کے سوا کچھ نہیں سنتا۔ بہرے، گونگے، اندھے، سو وہ عقل سے کام نہیں لیتے۔ آواز ان تک پہنچتی ہے؛ معنی نہیں پہنچتا۔
