وَلِلْمُطَلَّقَٰتِ مَتَٰعٌۢ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
And for divorced women a provision, in fairness - a duty upon those who guard themselves. It is said once more, in general terms, so that it covers the cases the earlier ayat had not named.
اور طلاق دی گئی عورتوں کے لیے معروف طریقے سے سامانِ زندگی ہے — یہ متقیوں پر ایک لازمی حق ہے۔ یہ بات ایک بار پھر عمومی الفاظ میں کہی گئی ہے، تاکہ یہ ان صورتوں کو بھی شامل کر لے جن کا پہلے کی آیتوں میں نام نہیں لیا گیا تھا۔
