وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ
And seek help through patience and through prayer. Patience breaks the pull of appetite and prayer produces humility and drives out pride, so the two named are the two that work. And it is a heavy thing - except for those whose hearts are lowered before God.
اور صبر اور نماز سے مدد مانگو۔ صبر خواہشات کے زور کو توڑتا ہے اور نماز عاجزی پیدا کرتی ہے اور تکبر کو دور کرتی ہے، اس لیے یہی دونوں کارگر ہیں۔ اور یہ یقیناً ایک بھاری کام ہے، سوائے ان لوگوں کے جن کے دل اللہ کے سامنے جھکے ہوئے ہیں۔
