وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْتُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱعْتَدَوْا۟ مِنكُمْ فِى ٱلسَّبْتِ فَقُلْنَا لَهُمْ كُونُوا۟ قِرَدَةً خَٰسِـِٔينَ
And you have known those among you who overstepped in the matter of the Sabbath, and We said to them, 'Be apes, despised.' They are not being told a story about strangers; the address is 'you have known'.
اور تم ان لوگوں کو جانتے ہو جنہوں نے تم میں سے ہفتے کے دن کے معاملے میں حد سے تجاوز کیا، تو ہم نے ان سے کہا: 'ذلیل بندر بن جاؤ۔' یہاں کسی اجنبی قوم کا قصہ نہیں سنایا جا رہا؛ خطاب یہی ہے کہ 'تم جانتے ہو'۔
