أَوَلَا يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ
Do they not know that God knows what they keep secret and what they make public? The whole strategy assumes an audience that can be managed, and the ayah names the one who cannot.
