إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةً لِّمَن يَخْشَىٰ
But as a reminder for whoever fears God. The commentaries note who the Book is said to work on: not everyone who hears it, but the one in whom there is already some fear to be reminded.
بلکہ یہ تو محض ایک نصیحت اور یاد دہانی ہے، اس شخص کے لیے جو اللہ سے ڈرتا ہو۔ تفسیریں بتاتی ہیں کہ یہ کتاب ہر سننے والے کو نہیں بلکہ خاص اسی کو فائدہ دیتی ہے جس کے دل میں پہلے سے کچھ خوفِ خدا موجود ہو، تاکہ وہ اس سے نصیحت پکڑ سکے۔
