تَنزِيلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلْعُلَى
Sent down from the One who created the earth and the high heavens. The commentaries note that the sender is described by what He made, so that the weight of the Book is taken from the weight of its source.
یہ قرآن اسی اللہ کی طرف سے نازل کیا گیا ہے جس نے زمین اور بلند آسمانوں کو پیدا کیا۔ اپنے آپ کو اسی چیز سے متعارف کرایا جو اس نے پیدا کی، تاکہ اس کتاب کی عظمت اس کے نازل کرنے والے کی عظمت اور قدرت سے پہچانی جائے۔
