قَالَ أَجِئْتَنَا لِتُخْرِجَنَا مِنْ أَرْضِنَا بِسِحْرِكَ يَٰمُوسَىٰ
He said: have you come to drive us out of our land with your magic, Moses? The commentaries note what he names as the threat, which is his own rule and not the truth of anything said.
فرعون نے کہا: اے موسیٰ، کیا تو ہمیں اپنے جادو کے زور سے ہماری زمین سے نکالنے آیا ہے؟ تفسیریں بتاتی ہیں کہ یہاں جس خطرے کا ذکر کیا گیا وہ اس کی اپنی بادشاہت اور اقتدار تھا، نہ کہ موسیٰ کی کہی گئی بات کی سچائی۔
