فَتَوَلَّىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ فَجَمَعَ كَيْدَهُۥ ثُمَّ أَتَىٰ
So Pharaoh withdrew and gathered his scheme together, and then came — the scheme being, as the commentaries gloss it, the magicians themselves and everything they worked with.
