قَالُوا۟ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِمَّآ أَن تُلْقِىَ وَإِمَّآ أَن نَّكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَلْقَىٰ
They said: Moses, either you throw, or we will be the first to throw. The commentaries note the courtesy in the offer, and read it as the first sign that his words had already reached them.
جادوگروں نے کہا: اے موسیٰ، یا تو تم ہی پہلے ڈالو، یا ہم پہلے ڈالنے والے بنیں۔ تفسیریں بتاتی ہیں کہ اس پیشکش میں ادب اور شائستگی تھی، اور یہ پہلی نشانی تھی کہ ان کی بات پہلے ہی ان تک پہنچ چکی تھی۔
