لَا تَرْكُضُوا۟ وَٱرْجِعُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَآ أُتْرِفْتُمْ فِيهِ وَمَسَٰكِنِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُسْـَٔلُونَ
They were told: do not run; go back to the comfort you were given and to your houses, so that you may be asked for something. The commentaries read this as mockery, put in the very words in which such people were used to being addressed.
ان سے کہا گیا: بھاگو نہیں، اپنی اسی عیش و آرام کی زندگی اور اپنے گھروں کی طرف واپس لوٹ جاؤ، شاید کہ تم سے کچھ مانگا جائے۔ مفسرین اسے طنز و تمسخر کے طور پر بیان کرتے ہیں، اسی انداز میں جس انداز میں ایسے لوگوں کو ہمیشہ مخاطب کیا جاتا تھا۔
