وَمَا جَعَلْنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ ٱلْخُلْدَ أَفَإِي۟ن مِّتَّ فَهُمُ ٱلْخَٰلِدُونَ
No human being before Muhammad was given endless life in this world, and neither is he. They were saying that he would die and they would be rid of him; the answer is that if he dies, they do not stay on for ever either.
آپ سے پہلے کسی بھی انسان کو دنیا میں ہمیشہ کی زندگی نہیں دی گئی، اور نہ آپ کو دی گئی ہے۔ وہ کہتے تھے کہ آپ مر جائیں گے اور وہ آپ سے چھٹکارا پا لیں گے؛ جواب یہ ہے کہ اگر آپ فوت ہو بھی جائیں تو وہ بھی ہمیشہ باقی رہنے والے نہیں ہیں۔
